AI Companions Disclaimer

The AI companions provided through the App are designed for entertainment and casual emotional support purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional mental health services, medical advice, therapy, or counseling. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please seek help from qualified professionals.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
